Delightful Surprise: During our stay at this property in Madrid, we had the pleasure of experiencing the amusingly efficient air conditioning system in our room. It was like having a personal weatherman to create the perfect climate, with just the right amount of coolness to beat the Spanish heat. Definitely a refreshing experience!

Disappointing Location: Despite the property's amenities, it was a bit of a letdown that it was a taxi ride away from the main attractions of Madrid.

The hotel provided a comfortable and cozy atmosphere, and the staff was very prompt in their responses to our inquiries. We also loved the abundance of natural light in our room, creating a warm and welcoming ambiance during our stay.
